Forever confused how I gain followers when I don’t come on and what the name of that one game is called

WHAT IS IT

OKAY DOES ANYONE KNOW it’s this old CD game for the computer where you’re in a taxi (not really) and your driver brings you to all of these different levels (you choose) and one level is a supermarket where you can put stuff in your basket and buy it but there’s this random cat walking around the floor and if you try to put it in your basket the cashier says, “You can’t buy that cat!” and THINGS

I remember other levels toooo sob. It was like Crazy Taxi or something aughhh what was itttt. ;_;
